Sign our ‘It’s Your Duty To Care’ Pledge
Over 70% of fly-tipping incidents in Wales contain household waste — but it doesn’t have to be this way.
As householders and business owners, we can work together to reduce this figure by following our Waste Duty of Care.
This means that we will always use a registered waste carrier to remove excess rubbish and unwanted items from our homes and business spaces. This will:
- Reduce the chances of our rubbish being fly-tipped by individuals posing as legitimate waste removal services across Wales.
- Protect ourselves against receiving an unwanted fine for not following our Waste Duty of Care.
Pledge your promise to follow your Wase Duty of Care below.
